Greetings, this is GM Azidahaka.

To help Guardians use the various event coupons available in Genesis War without any issues,

we would like to provide instructions on how to redeem coupons and important notes for use.

Please refer to the information below so you do not miss out on your coupon rewards.

🎟️ How to Redeem Coupons

[AOS]

1. After entering the game, tap the [Menu] button in the upper-right corner.

2. Go to [Settings] → [Account].

3. In the [Account] menu, copy your Member Number and tap the [Coupon] button.

4. On the page you are redirected to, enter your coupon code.

5. The reward will be sent to your Mailbox.

[iOS]

1. Please visit the Genesis War coupon redemption website.

2. On the page, enter your Account ID and coupon code.

3. Once the coupon has been successfully redeemed, the reward will be sent to your in-game Mailbox.

📌 Notes on Coupon Redemption

※ Each coupon can only be used once per account.

※ The validity period may vary by coupon, and expired coupons cannot be redeemed.

※ If the reward is not delivered after entering the coupon, please reconnect to the game and check your Mailbox again.

※ Rewards are sent to your Mailbox, and may be deleted after the storage period expires, so please claim them as soon as possible.

❓ If You Are Unable to Redeem a Coupon

※ Please check the following first.

-Make sure you entered the coupon code correctly, including uppercase/lowercase letters and numbers

- Make sure the coupon redemption period has not expired

- Make sure the coupon has not already been used on the account
