We would like to inform you about an issue that has been identified regarding the free rewards for the Level Achievement Pass I.

We have confirmed that the rewards for achieving Authority Level 10 through 55 were incorrectly placed. This includes the misplacement of certain items—such as Chrono Capsules—at milestones where they cannot be properly utilized, along with other incorrect reward settings within this level range.

To resolve this issue and ensure all Guardians receive rewards appropriate for their achievements, we redistributed the corrected rewards after the May 26th maintenance (UTC).

📌 Notes

1. Redistributed rewards can be claimed before June 2nd, 23:59 UTC. 
2. If you do not see the reward after logging in, please restart the game completely and check your Mail Box again.
3. Rewards will not be provided for days you did not log in.
4. Event rewards are stored in the Mailbox for 72 hours from the time of distribution.
5. Once the storage period expires, the mail will be automatically deleted. Please ensure you claim your rewards promptly.
6. Unclaimed or expired rewards cannot be recovered or redistributed.
